KOSTELAC Plum brandy or slivovitz is produced from the ripest blue plums. After pits and skins are removed, fruit undergoes controlled fermentation and distillation in copper pot stills and is aged in wooden barrels. This plum brandy has a rich aroma and a distinctive taste and it is regarded as one of the best natural brandies. It is best served chilled in ice cold glasses to mark those special moments and also makes a great gift for the most special occasions.
