KOSTELAC Williams pear brandy or Poire Williams is fruit brandy made from the Williams pear. It is produced by fermentation under controlled conditions from carefully selected high-quality ripened pears. Immediately after fermentation, double distillation takes place in traditional copper stills. After a minimum of one year of aging, pear brandy is bottled. Viljamovka is characterized by the distinctive taste of ripe pear and has rich flavour and aroma. It is best served chilled in designer glassware.
